Training Program for Engineers and Managers from the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN)
 
Description: This week-long training course equips technically-trained electric utility distribution managers with the conceptual, analytical and technical skills required to perform well as general managers.  It is designed to enhance and refine managerial and decision making capabilities in metering, customer care, and enhance program implementation and monitoring.  The focus is on the overall subject of metering and customer care training for this industry, and hands-on implementation of a target driven culture.
