Description: As a follow up to the workshop presented by CEAGE at Virginia Tech in April 2005, this training course focuses on technical performance monitoring and hands-on implementation of a target driven culture. This follow-up training consists of a combination of classroom instruction, participant presentations and guided discussions. The classroom instruction is provided by US electric utility experts and consultants who have first-hand knowledge of the investor-owned electric utilities and electric cooperatives.
